Group classes don't suit everyone. Some of you might want to start yoga with more of the attention from the teacher than what a group class would offer, may be you want to start practicing with a friend or two, in your own setting...

So Special Care
Special Care option is a 75 minutes session followed by a 15 minutesTLC: hand pressure and specifically applied techniques of muscle activation or tension release to the main muscles involved in your yoga postures.
It will not only bring you a marvelous sensation of relaxation but more importantly will help to readjust some muscular "bad habits" and as a result, you will see your yoga practice develop greatly and safely...
