6 Phase Meditation Program

The 6 Phase Meditation is a favourite among top performers, including athletes, because it elevates their game to a whole new level. It’s also embraced by successful entrepreneurs and individuals who break free from the limits of ordinary habits. But don’t mistake it for traditional meditation.
The term "meditation" is used only because calling it a "transcendent psycho-spiritual practice" would be a mouthful.
This method isn’t about emptying your mind or focusing on your breath. Instead, it guides you through 6 powerful tools to hack into your mind and rewire it in just 15 to 20 minutes, transforming you and expanding consciousness and empowering you to reshape your reality.

Program starts on 16th January 2025 and last for 6 weeks.

The sessions will take place online.
Participants will receive a zoom link the day before the meeting.
Each Thursday, sessions will take place to guide participants through the phases of the 6 phase meditation.
All you have to do to unlock the power of this meditation practice is to book, to show up for group meditation and then practice the weekly phase until the next meeting the following week.
