What we experience moment to moment, that we call reality is often said to be depending on our perceptions. Yes but what is being perceived is always the relationships between parties, whether this happens at the level of our physiology, relationships, social, or between us and the broader nvironment of Nature and even cosmos... It's always and has always been only about the nature of the relationship from moment to moment, from cycle to cycle (...).
The energetic continuum that mind and body is (let's call it the Self) constantly exchanges information withn itself and with the environment outside of the perceived boundaries of mind and body. Everything about thios mind and body is in constant fluctuation to be able to maintain ability to perform what is required for survival, growth, stability until the phase of decline... inherent to Life. In orderto perform daily in good conditions, we must become more conscious of our energy, the quality and the amount that we absorb, transform, how we use it and our impact on others, on our environment

The HEMB Method serves as a guide to learning how to easily bring balance to the subtle energy field existing deep within ourselves so that we can bring harmony to the ways our life is expressed on the mental, emotional, and physical plans, in all the interactions with the environment (people, society, nature).

We do not attract what we want,
we attract what vibrates at the same frequency as we do.

The 5 Cups of Wellbeing
The structure is simple and flexible, and its holistic inspiration allows for the creation of personalized programs that foster a growing sense of wholeness. The content can be adapted to suit various needs and preferences, within the scope of the desired outcome. This flexibility offers options in the choice of food, types of meditation, and physical activity. We recommend activities synonymous with recreation and liberation, promoting body awareness and access to a greater sense of connection between mind and body, and between self and the natural environment. Examples include somatic movement, dance, yoga, swimming, and nature walks (phone-free).
The method focuses on the management ofour energy by addressing five essential areas: mind, body, breath, diet, and rest. (These five areas are referred to as "the 5 cups of well-being" in well-being programs based on the HEMB Method™0.
This holistic approach establishes these 5 areas as the essential levers that can be actioned to harness and nurture an energy that ispromoting health, peace of mind, sense of purpose and empowerment.

The programs based on this method are designed to help people to become autonomous and efficient at making dominant in their life, the energy that best serve the outcome of living in an elevated sate of mind and body. To achieve this, the programs drwa upon yoga teachings and also modern forms of mobility training and secular mindfulness meditation.

► Mind - Using meditation (secular or spiritual) to become aware of the "operating system" and to upgrade it to make the mind more aware of its recurent ways that lock one in the same place, to make it, more open to change, more appreciative of possibilities;
► Breath - Opening channels for energy to work at its best through the mind and through the body;
► Movement - Moving is living. Don's stay stuck. Use yoga to realign, to allow energy to move through your unique geometry (mostly with yoga, for beginners and more advanced)..
► Diet - To consciouly support all aspects of mind and body functions. The programmes includes meal plans to support energy levels and  hormonal changes for the over 45. )meal plans validated by a nutrition specialist).
► Rest - How many times have you woken up in the morning feeling "not rested"? Our programmes provide support in finding true recovery and rest ((yin functional yoga, guided relaxations, therapeutic rest)..
A body well balanced energetically will be able to optimize the production of energy from the food intake - well-being will spiral up as a result of filling these 5 cups of well-being daily, with presence and intention).
