The programme brings together the proven efficacy of yoga in regard to bringing the emotional state to balance and cultivating strength and mobility, and the modern scientific understanding of the key factors at play in personal transformation.

This programme helps you become efficient and autonomous in assessing and chosing the right time, the right exercise to start the day feeling energised, with a clear mind and feeling inspired - maintain that states during the day - and know how to ground yourself and apply techniques to switch off and relax too when needed.
The programme works around the key areas of stabilizing and focusing the energy of the mind (meditation), unlocking the body (yoga postures ,movement, breath work, nutrition awareness and rest that is... restful).

10 weeks with follow up
Includes a follow up call (Zoom or Whatsapp) once a week or every weeks to discuss your progress, your obsctacles, your wins, and to readjust your programme according to your evolution.
This programme works around the same key areas as the Introduction Programme but offers to go deeper in the practices and techniques addressing the needs of the mind (meditation), unlocking the body (yoga postures ,movement, breath work, nutrition awareness and rest that is... restful).
This programme offers:
- More spiritually oriented meditations
- Introdcutions to Yoga NIdra (The Yogic Sleep - Like a guided relaxation that allows total rest of body and mind while staying conscious)...
- More yin yoga (static stretch for a realsing tension from deeper layers of the body).
