Inner Life, Outer Life

Inner life-outer life…
Both aspects of one reality influence each other, but there is one over which we have very little control, if any.
The inner life… This is the one we can learn to pacify, balance, cleanse, and strengthen; and we certainly should, if we were to find peace, grow healthier in mind and body, and transcend the apparent boundaries of what we are. Ultimately, we project outward what we are within.

Have you ever stepped into a room and felt that something was ‘off’? It was most likely because you were picking up on energy that wasn’t compatible with your own at that moment. Such things happen all the time without us even noticing, which is quite amazing when we think about it. But even more amazing is when we become curious and attentive to the subtle expressions of who we are fundamentally, and that is simply… energy.

5 Cups of wellness = 5 Connectors
The areas of our life to which the HEMB Method™ invites us to bring awareness and intention are ‘the 5 cups of wellness.’ The practices* that consist of ‘filling the cups’ daily and consciously guarantee that our inner life becomes more vibrant, lighter, and harmonious (creating more coherence between our beliefs, intentions, and actions).

These 5 cups also connect us to what is perceived as the external world (connectors). When the cups are filled with energy that makes us vibrate at a high frequency, they become the hinges around which the dispositions we cultivate revolve. Our energy radiates and pervades the realm of our outer experiences, aligning them with the balance and harmony now characteristic of our inner space.

Are you familiar with the expression, ‘Life is mirroring back to you what’s going on inside’? It is precisely this idea that led to the creation of this framework, to offer people a holistic, practical, and simple set of practices rooted in the ancient understanding of Life’s workings, while being consistent with modern scientific understanding. No folklore, no dogma necessary. Just a simple, experiential approach backed by the feedback of daily life.

*The term ‘rituals’ here means practices—a word that might sound a bit generic and soulless in this context of committed presence and intention.

Let’s not forget: words create worlds…”
